Thread.Sleeps() seem to be removed from Vista Kernel

Two hot-fixes for Windows Vista are coming soon. The download will be available at August.14.-th.
All brave users can download it from some third-party sites which I personally do not recommend.

Vista Performance and Reliability Pack
• Improves performance in resuming back to the desktop from the Photo and Windows Energy screensaver.
• Resolves an issue where some secured web pages using advanced security technologies may not get displayed in Internet Explorer on Windows Vista.
