Following series of images shows (more or less animated) deployment process of 20 Worker Roles (instances/nodes) which we have deployed during Windows Azure Global Bootcamp in Germany 2014.
Deployment process has taken about 25 minutes. Most right column at the right side is “Update Domain”. Please notice how deployment is done over Update Domain number by deploying of all instances inside of a target domain.
