Hi,
after installing the Rollup 2 for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0, all tracked e-mails were sent to the "Assigned" User queues, twice.
After checking the "Forwarding Rules" and the "Exchange Rule-Deployment-Wizard", I went mad because there was nothing I could do to stop receiving doubble e-mails in CRM.
Finaly Carsten Groth gave me a valuable hint with http://support.microsoft.com/kb/919419/
It solves the problem!
